Gala Spring Book Sale

SPRING GALA BOOK SALE. The Friends of the Smithers Public Library is holding a Gala Book Sale. What makes this Book Sale special? The Friends have invited local authors and musicians. The authors will be available to sign and sell books and answer questions while musicians perform, making your book browsing unique. As well as books, record albums, videos and magazines will also be for sale. All items have been generously donated from community members and proceeds will go toward building our new library. Make sure to drop by and pick up some great reads at even greater prices (all sales by donation) and be entertained by local talent. It will be held Friday, March 19 from 11 am to 7 pm and Saturday, March 20 from 10 am to 2 pm or until the books are gone.
